Breach Of This Policy  

When we consider that a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.

WHICH COUNTRY’S LAWS APPLY TO ANY DISPUTES?  

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

This website is run by myself, Kaye Booth. I run a reflexology clinic based at Fizzio Fit, Butterley Grange, Derby Road, Swanwick, Ripley, Derbyshire DE53QY.

  1. What personal data I collect 

Personal data is any information which identifies you personally – for example, your name. This Privacy Policy is concerned with the personal data for the following:

  • My reflexology clients and those who enquire about treatments.

I collect the following data from you:

  • If you are purchasing a gift voucher, I will collect information about the gift recipient, so I can fulfil the gift voucher purchase. The information collected will not be used for marketing purposes, nor shared with any other party.

  • Like many websites, I use cookies to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to my website. Please refer to the “cookies” section below for information about cookies and how I use them.

  • I use a third-party service, Google Analytics on my website. From this I may collect certain information about your visit, such as the type of browser you use, the date and time you accessed the website, the pages that you access whilst visiting the website and the internet address of the website from which you linked directly to this website.  I only use this information for statistical analysis purposes, to help improve and administer the website and it will not be shared with any other party.  This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone.  I do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting my website.

  • For reflexology clients and reflexology treatment enquiries:

    1. If you send me via email or text any sensitive medical/health information, I will only hold and use this if we proceed to treatment, at which time I will require explicit consent from you to hold this data. If we do not proceed to treatment, I will securely erase this information.

      • When a treatment is booked, all reflexology and maternity reflexology clients will be required to read and sign a Privacy Notice under the GDPR guidelines. This will be handed to you during the appointment.

The personal information collected on this website, will be used to provide the services you have requested.  This will include:

  • To deliver gift vouchers purchased to the recipient of the gift voucher;

  • To improve and administer the website.
